A Bit About Thom Stanton
Thom Stanton is a Certified Direct Marketer who supports firms with the strategic design, development,
and deployment of results-oriented business development, membership marketing solutions, and turnkey media production.
Working fulltime for companies, in a consulting capaicity, and in agent service roles, Thom has developed a balanced mix of skills that help align business needs with creative solutions
that meet his customer's needs. Thom understands the big picture of business development and profit center
accountability, and institutes cooperative processes and systems that deliver the numbers needed to
maintain sustained growth and increase profitability.
As a communicator, prospect engagement, customer service, and client retention are areas of strategic focus and personal integrity. From a management perspective, Thom has managed several teams of direct report employees along
with an army of agencies of record, production companies, freelance contractors, and vendors/suppliers in delivering cost effective solutions for streamlined customer experiences, revenue generation, and business building.
Outside work, Thom "Flash" Stanton is an action, sports, and adventure enthusiast who holds the Guinness World Record for the Greatest Whitewater Swim, a 7.5 mile trek upstream through the Falls of the James River in Richmond, Virginia. Thom is also actively involved in the Tiny House Movement as the organizer of the RVA Tiny House Team, a local meetup group, and designer for independent tiny house design projects through Timber Trails.
Above all, Thom is family minded, and remains an avid cheerleader for his
wife, Midge, a Head Personal Trainer at Midlothian
Athletic Club, a filmmaking mentor to his daughter Alex, and fellow venturer in 3D space with his son Thomas. Their three pets — two boxers and a big ol' cat — round out the family and make for fun around the house.
